Foodbank Money Advice Caseworker
Salary: £29,930 – £33,256 p.a. + 8.5% pension contribution after successful completion of probation period.
Hours: Full–time, 35 hours per week but open to part-time and flexible working.

Location: Our offices in Battersea Library or Roehampton and outreach locations, with home working possible and significant outreach at Wandsworth Foodbank welcome centres
Background
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Money Advice Caseworker. This crucial role involves giving a full range of debt advice; including dealing with emergencies, budgeting advice, debt options and helping with a debt strategy.
You will be ensuring that income is maximised for all clients through the take up of appropriate benefits.
This will enable you to use your professional skills as a Money Advice Caseworker to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. The project is delivered through a mix of telephone, digital communication channels and face to face appointments held in Wandsworth Foodbank centres.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for an empathetic and knowledgeable candidate with some experience in Debt work who would like to learn more. We’re looking for someone who would enjoy working with Wandsworth Foodbank in a fast-paced environment at their welcome centre locations.
