Around 22,000 people volunteer for the Citizens Advice service nationally – volunteering for a variety of reasons. Becoming a Volunteer can be personally rewarding and can also help you to ‘give something back’ to the local community.

We offer a range of volunteering opportunities and roles for people with the relevant skills and availability and you will receive full training.

We are currently recruiting to the following roles

Time and Commitment

  • For our telephone assessor role we require up to 2 days per week for 12 months 
  • Our other roles require a commitment of 1-2 days per week for 12 months 
  • We recruit throughout the year to our telephone assessor role and as required to our other roles
  • We are more than happy to discuss time flexibility with you and we will always welcome your interest and application

Do you have strong administration skills and experience of MS Office/Access Database ?
