Financial Resilience Navigators
Our Financial Resilience Navigators (FRN) team offers holistic support to vulnerable households in Wandsworth. We help to improve residents’ longer-term financial resilience and avoid the need to access crisis support. We focus on prevention, early support and on collaborative work with multiple partners, both statutory and voluntary. The FRN team provides a single point of contact, assisting client to navigate complex issues and engage with the appropriate support services.
We can only accept referrals from partner agencies. To refer your client please complete the questions below. We have strict referral criteria so we may not be able to accept all referrals. We will reply to let you know if we are able to accept the referral or if we would suggest a different service.
