Safeguarding
It’s a requirement of Citizens Advice membership that we act within the relevant laws and regulations in order to protect people who come into contact with our services from abuse and harm.
Protecting people and our safeguarding responsibilities are a governance priority for us as an organisation. They’re a fundamental part of how we operate as a charity and safeguarding is the responsibility of everyone at our organisation.
Our safeguarding policies are publicly available in order to provide transparency and encourage children, adults at risk and their parents/guardians to give constructive feedback and report any concerns:
These policies should be read alongside our main Privacy Policy.
