We know we can’t meet demand for our services and are committed to working preventatively. One way we do this is by spotting patterns in the problems that people bring us and addressing these whenever we can, helping to change the policy and practice that affects our clients. Our evidence also contributes to research and campaigns activity undertaken by Citizens Advice at a national level.
