Projects such as Macmillan, EU Project and our national Help to Claim service offer direct access to advice and support. If you meet the criteria for one of these projects the quickest way to get help is usually to contact them directly.

Adviceline
Phone service delivered by volunteer assessors in partnership with five other Citizens Advice offices in South West London. Our assessors can help by:
- giving you information about your rights and guidance about how to deal with the issue yourself
- referring you to another organisation
- booking an appointment with one of our team.

Battersea Library centre
Advice appointments delivered by staff and volunteers at our centre in Battersea Library.

Roehampton centre
Advice appointments delivered by staff and volunteers at our centre in Roehampton.

Support for residents affected by the cost of living crisis.
Advice about benefits for people with disabilities. Help completing forms, challenging decisions and apply for grants.

Support for EU nationals to secure their rights to live and work in the UK before and after Brexit, delivered in partnership with Wandsworth Borough Council. Includes public information events and presentations to local organisations and community groups.
Citizens Advice Wandsworth and Wandsworth Community Empowerment Network (WCEN) are working in partnership on a project to help people in Wandsworth facing hardship crisis.

Homelessness Reduction Act Project
Housing, benefits and debt advice for people threatened with homelessness. This project takes direct referrals from the Housing Options team at Wandsworth Borough Council.
Benefits and grants advice for people diagnosed with cancer or caring for someone with cancer.

Specialist welfare benefits advice
Specialist advice for people appealing welfare benefits decisions to the First Tier and Upper Tier Tribunal. Advice can include written representation and priority is given to cases where the issues raised are complex or where the resident is vulnerable.
Capacity building project supporting local groups and organisations and the development of a thriving volunteer and community sector in Roehampton.

Support for refugees from the war in Ukraine and households hosting Ukrainians, delivered in partnership with Wandsworth Borough Council.

Advice for people on the Major Trauma wards of St George’s Hospital.

Specialist debt advice provided by South West London Law Centre. Includes casework support and advice about insolvency procedures.
