Office Manager

Help us to get our back-office right so that our advice services can excel

£26,000 per annum pro rata, full or part-time

Plus 8.5% pension contribution after successful completion of probationary period.

Citizens Advice Wandsworth is ambitious about delivering advice services that make a real difference to outcomes for local people. We are looking for someone to ensure that our ‘back-office’ functions run smoothly and provide a platform for our services to be the best they can be. The post-holder will lead on premises, facilities, IT, finance and personnel systems. They will line manage volunteers to help with this work.

Our ideal candidate will have previous office management experience but as much as anything we need someone with the right attitude: the ability to respond positively to challenges, finding solutions with self-motivation, energy, commitment and resilience. We’re open to applicants for a part-time, job-share or full-time role.

Universal Support: Help to claim

Help us to deliver a service that supports people to successfully make Universal Credit applications.

2 x face to face assessors
1 x telephone and webchat assessor

Citizens Advice Wandsworth is ambitious about delivering advice services that make a real difference to outcomes for local people. We are looking for three people to deliver our Universal Support service from the beginning of April 2019.

The post-holders will support people to overcome barriers to making a Universal Credit claim. Additionally, the face to face assessors will maintain and develop great relationships with our partners in outreach settings – ensuring effective and timely referrals to the project.
Our ideal candidates will have previous Citizens Advice experience, and will be committed to making a difference to clients. But as much as anything we need people with the right attitude: the ability to respond positively to challenges, find solutions with self-motivation, and to engage in learning and development opportunities. We’re open to applicants for a part-time, job-share or full-time role.

Service Manager (Adviceline)

£33,000 per annum pro rata

plus 8.5% pension contribution (after satisfactory completion of your probation period)

Citizens Advice Wandsworth is ambitious about delivering advice services that make a real difference to outcomes for local people. We’re looking for a Service Manager to take responsibility for our Adviceline, one of our core volunteer-based services.

Our ideal candidate will have previous Citizens Advice experience, be committed to making a difference to clients and have experience working with volunteers to assess enquiries at the first point of contact. As much as anything though, we need people with the right attitude: the ability to respond positively to challenges, find solutions with self-motivation, and to engage in learning and development opportunities. We’re open to applicants for a part-time, job-share or full-time role.
