Jobs at Citizens Advice Wandsworth

Caseworker Supervisor (EU Project)

£29,000 per annum pro rata + 8.5% pension contribution (after satisfactory completion of your probation period). 18 hours per week. Normal working hours 9.30 – 17.30 excluding lunch break.  Open to applicants who want flexible working. The appointment will initially be for a fixed term of 12 months.

Citizens Advice Wandsworth is ambitious about delivering advice services that make a real difference to local people. We’re looking for a Caseworker Supervisor to expand our EU Project, which provides specialist information and advice to residents who may be affected by Brexit or other issues relating to the status as EU nationals. The project has been operating successfully since 2017 and offers an innovative combination of advice for the public, community outreach and public events.

Our ideal candidate will have previous Citizens Advice experience, excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to making a difference to clients. As much as anything though, we need people with the right attitude: the ability to respond positively to challenges, find solutions with self-motivation, and to engage in learning and development opportunities.

We’re passionate about promoting equality, valuing diversity and working inclusively. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons particularly people with disabilities and Black, Asian and minority ethnic applicants, as these groups are currently under-represented in our workforce.

To find out more about the post please email recruitment@cawandsworth.org with your contact details and daytime availability.

Completed applications should be sent to recruitment@cawandsworth.org.
