Community Capacity Building Coordinator for Roehampton

35 hours a week; c. £29,000 – £31,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience

The Roehampton Community Capacity Project, run by Citizens Advice Wandsworth, is an innovative three-year project to explore a new approach to harnessing and developing the capacity of local people and communities within the ward of Roehampton and Putney Heath in the Borough of Wandsworth.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in developing/supporting and facilitating community-led projects in an asset-based manner, if you have experience within a metropolitan area with diverse communities this will be an advantage. You will need to find practical solutions to problems, assist people/groups to develop ideas and nurture community-based projects as well as prepare funding bids.
