Citizens Advice Wandsworth is ambitious about delivering advice services that make a real difference to outcomes for local people. We are looking for someone to join our existing Foodbank adviser to extend the reach of our current, impactful Foodbank advice service.

The post-holder will provide generalist advice and casework (most often in welfare benefits) for clients referred by Foodbank colleagues. Additionally, the adviser will maintain and develop great relationships with our partners in Foodbank settings – ensuring effective and timely referrals to the project.

Our ideal candidates will have previous Citizens Advice experience, and will be committed to making a difference to clients. But as much as anything we need people with the right attitude: the ability to respond positively to challenges, work flexibly and responsively, find solutions with self-motivation, and to engage in learning and development opportunities.

To find out more about the post please email recruitment@cawandsworth.org with your contact details and daytime availability.

Closing date: 9am Wednesday 8th May
Interviews will be held: Thursday 16th May (provisional)
