Reports
We provide information and advice to 13,000 people a year. We know we can’t meet demand for our service and are committed to working preventatively. One way we do this is by spotting patterns in the problems that people bring us and addressing these whenever we can. In our reports we use evidence collected from our services to tell local agencies about the issues we are noticing.
Evidence from our services also contributes to research and campaigns activity undertaken by Citizens Advice at a national level. You can follow us on Twitter for updates about our local campaigns.

Our videos about coronavirus
In July 2020 we held our 4th annual Help Through Hardship Crisis Project conference in partnership with Wandsworth Community Empowerment Network. This was our first online conference and the theme was the hardships and inequalities experienced in Wandsworth due to coronavirus and the national lockdown. In the films below three service users share their experiences of lockdown and the challenges they faced.
