Unconscious Bias/Stereotyping
Our life experiences and beliefs can shape our views about other people that may not be right or fair
We may make assumptions or have pre-conceived ideas about people , without even realising.
It is important we avoid bias and stereotyping by being self-aware and and challenge it when we see it
