We are experiencing high demand for our services and are at capacity. We will prioritise urgent referrals, such as threatened homelessness, d/v, no income. It may take up to 10 working days for less urgent referrals to be contacted, therefore we would appreciate it if you could inform the clients that you refer of this delay.
