The service provides sessions on a weekly basis in nominated GP surgeries, offering comprehensive assessment, support to access other specialist services, provision of information, and personalised emotional and recovery support.

Offers access to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, counselling, group therapy and courses about improving and maintaining your wellbeing. Also offers a Wellbeing Helpline for people who are struggling and need to speak to someone.
