The best way to reach us is to call our Adviceline, but you can also contact us online or visit our offices if you don’t have access to a phone or can’t communicate by phone.
Before you contact us
Demand for our services has increased due to Covid-19 and the cost of living crisis. Before contacting us please consider whether your issue is urgent and check our website for other ways to get help.
Our current response time to initial queries is up to 15 working days and we have limited capacity to reply to urgent queries.
If you need urgent food support please contact Help Through Hardship on 0808 208 2138 (freephone Mon-Fri 9-5) to request a foodbank voucher.

Our Adviceline is open 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
We rely on volunteers to answer calls to this number. When you call you’ll have to wait in a queue, we answer most calls within 45 minutes but calls are free from a UK mobile or landline. It generally takes less time to get through to us on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and after 2pm.

When you contact us we may ask you for your personal information in order to help us advise you. We’ll ask you to confirm that you’re happy for us to collect and store your information and we won’t share it without your permission.
